Massachusetts Health Decisions is a nonprofit, non-partisan organization that provides public and professional education about ethical issues in health care. It offers trusted resources to help individuals, families, and health care professionals better understand health care planning and decision-making. We are including MHD as an additional resource for people who want to learn more about advance care planning and making informed health care choices.
